Scott Stapp's Sister-in-Law Claims in 911 Call That Creed Singer Thinks He's a CIA Agent and Is Supposed to Assassinate President Obama

Scott Stapp may have alarmed more than enlightened fans with a rambling video last month in which he said that his money had been stolen, his accounts frozen and he was living in a Holiday Inn.
And according to his wife, the Creed singer is in an even worse place now.Scott Stapp, Jaclyn Nesheiwat
In a reportedly 40-minute 911 call, a portion of which is posted on TMZ, a woman identified as the sister of Stapp's wife, Jaclyn Stapp, tells the dispatcher that a "family member just got out of a mental facility last week in Tallahassee" and "[he's] in some danger now. He's off of the drugs but he's going crazy, and he's on a bike. He's not wearing a shirt."

Stapp's sister-in-law tells the operator that the family member's doctor told her to call the police.
Asked what she thought he was doing that put him in danger, she replied, "He thinks he's part of the CIA, he thinks they're trying to kill him and he has a bunch of paperwork in his backpack that he's a CIA agent and he was supposed to assassinate Obama."
The caller says Stapp had, in addition to papers he thinks are from the CIA, "a bunch of tools" in two backpacks. "A wrench, a screwdriver...a lot of hard drives," she said. "Being schizophrenic, he has a history of this, he collects a lot of weird belongings, a lot of pieces of paper which said 'C-4' on it and 'explosives.'"
According to TMZ, Jaclyn also gets on the call and tells the operator that her husband printed out 400 to 600 pages of documents he found online and took off with them.
"He self-medicates and he's been in eight rehabs, he's been in rehab about eight to 10 times," Jaclyn says. "A lot of arrests, but I stood by him because we know he's ill. I love him and we want to see him get better but i just need law enforcement's help, because that's the only way he's going to stop, when he hits his rock bottom."
Shortly after this call, Stapp then made a call to 911 in which, per the audio clip posted by TMZ, he reported that his wife had stolen his truck and planned to sell it and keep the money, leaving him to ride his bicycle.
"She just filed for divorce on Oct. 18," he said. Stapp adds: "I can't believe that, in America, someone can just take your vehicle, sell it without your permission and keep the money. What kind of country do we live in? And I'm on a bicycle since she stole my car...And she threatened to blackmail me, and says if I went to the police about the stolen money then she would release to the public supposed pictures she says she has, or anything she can try to do to defame me and ruin my reputation and my career. She's already began that."
Per TMZ, on Nov. 13 Stapp was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold in Florida after Madison County Sheriff's deputies found him, according to their report, on the side of the road, incoherent and seemingly under the influence.
He released his strange Facebook video on Nov. 26 and Jaclyn also filed court documentsthat day requesting that Stapp be placed on a 60-day psychiatric hold, alleging that her husband was using drugs such as steroids, amphetamines, cocaine and PCP and was refusing to get help.
Jaclyn's attorney and the Madison County Sheriff's Department have not yet returned calls for comment.
