Jennifer Lawrence Is a True Superhero During Surprise Visit to Children's Hospital—Take a Look!

One of Hollywood's most beloved actresses may be hard at work filming X-Men: Apocalypse. But that won't stop her from visiting a few deserving kids in need.

The Oscar-winning actress stopped by Montreal's Shriners Hospital for Children late last week where she quickly brought smiles to a few unsuspecting patients.

"A very special visitor stopped by our Canada hospital today," the hospital wroteon Facebook. "Jennifer Lawrence is in Montreal filming a new movie and she made time to visit some of our ‪#‎ShrinersCanada kids and staff. Everyone had a great time!"

The non-profit added, "You never know who might visit @ShrinersCanada."

Whether signing a young boy's cast or posing for photos with staff members and nurses, Lawrence took her time interacting with everyone she encountered.

The random act of kindness comes shortly after Lawrence enjoyed a star-studded trip with the one and only Amy Schumer.

"Jennifer and I have become friends. I was like, 'Oh, we're going on a boat tour tomorrow. You should come.'" Schumer recently shared on The Daily Show. "And she was like, 'I think I'm coming!' I was like, 'Oh, my God!'"

Schumer added, "She's the coolest chick you'll ever meet. She's beautiful."
