Jessie James Decker Covers American Baby, Compares Pregnancies & Talks 55-Pound Weight Gain

Pregnancy looks good on Jessie James Decker!

The 27-year-old Game On: Eric & Jessie star is expecting her and Eric Decker'ssecond child, but as she tells American Baby's Sept. 2015 issue, this pregnancy is nothing like her first!

"With my daughter, Vivianne [now 18 months], I had horrible morning sickness," she recalls. "I threw up every day, sometimes twice, for five months, which then made me insanely hungry. So I'd stuff my face to try not to feel nauseated, and I gained 55 pounds. On my 5'1" frame, that was brutal!"

Jessie's second pregnancy "has been much smoother," she says. "I sometimes even forget I'm pregnant except for all the moving around he's doing in there!"

Once Jessie and Eric's baby boy is born, they're going to have their hands full with two kids under 2. Mom tells American Baby, though, she won't be in any hurry to snap back to her pre-baby bod.

"The first months are a time to focus on your newborn, not on losing weight," she explains. "I know some women slim down through nursing, but with Vivianne my body held on to some extra pounds to make milk, and that was fine. It took me eight months to start to look like myself again, and then of course I got pregnant. I think the old saying that it takes ten months to put the baby weight on and another ten months to lose it is probably very accurate."
