31 Days of Fresh Juice Recipes: Kick 2015 Off With These Healthy Smoothies

31 Days of Fresh Juice Recipes: Kick 2015 Off With These Healthy Smoothies
For many of us January is when we repent for our holiday "diet." We've spent the last two weeks of 2014 chin-deep in gravy soaked mash potatoes and peach cobblers and now we're more than ready to detox.
But hold up, let's not throw out the leftovers just yet. Instead, how about we skip the dramatics and start small. How small? Simply adding one fresh juice smoothie to your daily routine for the entire month of January.
"One of the easiest ways to get a mega-dose of greens into your daily diet with minimum effort is adding a green smoothie into your breakfast meal or swapping your usual snack for a green smoothie," Annie Lawless, Suja Juice co-founder, tells E! News. "By mixing greens with hydrating, antioxidant packed fruits, you're able to consume a higher volume of pure green nutrition than you'd want to chew through in one sitting and the fruit helps make the blends delicious enough that you will barely notice the greens are in there. They are a great source of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fiber, and antioxidants to give your body the things it needs to thrive."
Up for our January challenge? You bring the blender; Annie's got the recipes.
